• FollowUp Boss (CRM) — Form submissions are sent to our FollowUp Boss account to manage our client relationships. FollowUp Boss processes this data as our service provider under their data processing terms.
• Keller Williams — As a licensed team affiliated with Keller Williams Real Estate — Bucks County, certain transaction-related information may be shared with our brokerage as required by law or our independent contractor agreement.
• Analytics and Advertising Platforms — See Section 2c above for details on Google, Meta, and FUB data sharing (consent-gated).
• Legal Requirements — We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our clients or the public.

5. Cookies and Your Choices

Form submissions are processed through a Cloudflare Worker with input validation. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
